The Men of Faith Ministry at Praise Chapel set aside one Saturday a month to have a good country breakfast, hang out and be ministered to in a way only men get. We will also be building up teams to play different sports, go fishing, and do all the things men like to do while being encouraged to grow in their walk with Christ.

The Men of Faith Ministry at Praise Chapel is all about having men in one accord praying and being there for each other. It’s hard to be a man in today’s world and we believe with God’s leading and our fellow men holding us accountable we can be all that God has created us to be. All men need want to be successful in their lives. The Men’s Ministry believes it’s going to take restoration, empowerment, strength and teaching to help reach that level and to be GODLY men to lead our families, to show GOD’S love and to help those around us.

We meet one Saturday each month and every Thursday Prayer Meeting at 7 p.m.

Gerrol and Millicent Johnson currently lead the Married Couples Ministry here at Praise Chapel and pillars of our church family. Gerrol is the Principle at Hartman Middle School and has been a member of Praise Chapel since his youth. The group is a great resource for young marriages as well as, more seasoned ones! This fun group meets weekly to inspire each other, study the word, connect on the challenges of marriage in today’s culture, and provide support! This Married Couples class has an incredible insight on teaching & will encourage any home.

This ministry meets at 10:00 am every Sunday.

Our Outreach Ministries includes a Street Ministry that provides food, clothes, and a powerful word to the homeless people of Houston at 6 pm! Many have been saved, changed, and delivered by the power of GOD! You are invited to be a part of this wonderful ministry.

Praise Kidz & Nursery are held Sunday 8:30 am, 10:30 am & Wednesday 7:00 pm.

Nursery Praise Chapel nursery workers are the most loving and caring workers you will ever meet. They are loving people who feel it is their ministry to love and teach these babies about Jesus. Each employee is certified with a Background check and are officially trained to serve your children. You will find a “Safe Space” for your kids to be taken care of and learn about Jesus every week.

Praise Kidz Ministry Praise Kidz assists parents with every step of a child’s spiritual growth; from knowledge of Christ, to relationship with Christ, to lifelong committed follower. It is our mission to help parents build a spiritual foundation that their children will never part from. Teaching children who God is and how to build a relationship with Jesus Christ along with having fun and games is our formula to keep your kids wanting to come back every week. We work hard to create a safe, exciting atmosphere where children can discover God’s calling and purpose for their lives.

PKM is full of fun, music, games and exciting ways to learn about the Bible and Christian life! Paul and Jill Johnson are experts at loving and training kids up in the ways of the Lord.

The safety of your children is a top priority at Praise Kidz. Our Safety First Procedures operate to safeguard children and give parents the peace needed to allow us to care for their most prized possession.

They will gladly give you an escorted tour so you can see all the classrooms and fun games we have for the kids. While you grow and get encouraged in your service you can rest easy the kids will be growing and having fun in their service.

Power Surge on Wednesday nights is a place that students can connect with each other, build relationships and encounter God with live worship from our band and hear the word of God preached in a way they can relate to.
